Applications published under the HexaDev name may include different features depending on the product, such as reminders, notes, productivity tools, utilities, or functions based on text and image processing. Features may vary depending on the platform and app version.
Some features rely on automated processing and may generate results that are not always accurate or complete.
Some features may depend on device components (for example notifications, local storage, camera, file access, or internet connection). The User is responsible for proper device configuration and granted permissions, and understands that failure to grant certain permissions may limit some features.
The User is solely responsible for the content they enter, upload, or provide through the Services, including text, images, or other materials, and declares that they hold all necessary rights to use such content.
Some features of the Services use automated processing systems, including artificial intelligence systems, which generate content based on the User’s input.
Automatically generated content is provided exclusively for informational or functional purposes. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or for the use the User makes of the generated results.
The User is responsible for reviewing and using the generated content and for any decisions or actions taken based on it.
Some applications may offer in-app purchases, paid features, or subscriptions. Payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the relevant store or provider (for example App Store or Google Play) and are governed by the provider’s own terms. For payment or billing requests, the User must refer to the procedures of the store used.
The Services may also be used by minors. In the case of in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features, the User declares that they have the explicit consent of parents or legal guardians. The Owner is not responsible for purchases made without such consent.
Some applications may include third-party services or integrated components (for example analytics tools, features based on external APIs, or promotional content). Any technical data generated by the use of such components may be processed by the respective providers according to their policies.
The Services are provided “as is”. The Owner does not guarantee that the Services are free of errors or interruptions and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services, including, by way of example, damage to the device or loss of data.
The User is responsible for backing up their data and device settings.

Any processed data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and is protected by appropriate security measures.
The User may request information about any data that may be processed and, where applicable, exercise the rights provided by law (for example access, deletion, or restriction). Requests can be sent to the Owner by email.
